Translate the tier into a named benefit

Record the card tier, qualification period and the exact hotel or event benefit shown in the official table. Separate a percentage discount from a free weekly stay, ticket offer, suite upgrade or early-sale privilege; they are not interchangeable credits.

Check whether the benefit is weekly, daily, invite-only or based on play. A high tier may list several perks, but each can have its own availability and redemption route.

Confirm inventory before making travel plans

Call the property or use the official booking route with the intended dates, room type and event. Ask whether the benefit applies to that inventory and whether taxes, resort charges or ticket fees remain payable.

Do not treat a benefits-table entitlement as a reservation. Keep the confirmation number, cancellation terms and the name of the benefit applied to the booking.

Reconcile the account after use

At check-in or ticket collection, present the matching rewards account and verify the final price before accepting the transaction. Save the folio or ticket receipt and compare the discount with the written confirmation.

If the benefit is missing, contact the rewards desk before checkout or event entry when possible. A same-day correction is easier when inventory and account status are still visible.
